Clear pricing for consistent care
Every client is matched with a dedicated team of two caregivers, a primary and a backup, who know your routine, your home and your care plan. Your rate pays for that consistency.
Level 1: Standard
$35 per hour, plus HST
Companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders and errands.
Level 2: Personal care
$37 per hour, plus HST
Everything in Level 1, plus bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and walking support.
Level 3: Complex needs
$39 per hour, plus HST
Everything in Level 2, plus support for memory changes, safe transfers and higher fall risk.
All rates are per hour, plus HST (14%) unless an exemption applies.
Good to know
Visits are a minimum of 3 hours. A visit starts at $105 plus HST at Level 1. Longer visits give your caregivers time to do things properly, without rushing.
Statutory holidays are billed at double the hourly rate.
Your level is confirmed after a free in-home assessment, and your rate is confirmed in writing before care begins.
No lock-in contract. No sign-up fee, no cancellation fee, and you can end services at any time.
