Connect Home Care was founded on one idea: consistency.

In nearly ten years in home care, I have seen caregivers placed with a client, only to be moved elsewhere soon after. For the person receiving care, that means starting over again with someone new.

Later life already brings constant change, in health, in daily routines and often in living arrangements. When someone decides to accept help at home, they deserve a say in who provides it. Familiar faces build trust, and trust gives people a sense of security in their own home.

That is why every Connect Home Care client is placed with a primary and a backup caregiver who come to know their routine.

• A deliberate match. Each client is matched with caregivers after a free in-home assessment, based on care needs, schedule and personality.
• Two caregivers per client. A primary caregiver provides most visits, and a familiar backup covers days off and holidays.
• One written care plan. Every caregiver follows the same plan, which is reviewed as needs change.
• Clear terms. Published rates, a 3-hour minimum visit and no lock-in contract.
